Our Philosophy
At Brouhaha, we believe art is meant to be celebrated, shared, and respected. Every piece of
content on our platform represents someone's creativity, time, and passion. We're here to
create a space where artists can showcase their work and audiences can discover amazing content—all
while respecting the rights of creators.
Please be ethical. Don't steal art. Let's celebrate art together.
Your Content, Your Rights
You own what you create. When you upload content to Brouhaha,
you retain all ownership rights. We simply get permission to display and share your work on our platform
so others can discover and appreciate it.
By uploading content, you're telling us that it's yours to share—either because you created it yourself,
or because you have permission from the original creator. This helps us maintain a community built on
respect and creativity.
What We Don't Allow
To keep our community ethical and supportive of creators, please don't upload:
- Art or content that you didn't create and don't have permission to share
- Content that infringes on someone else's copyright or intellectual property
- Work obtained from unauthorized sources
- Content that violates applicable laws
If you're inspired by someone else's work, that's wonderful! But make sure you have the right to
share it, or better yet—create something original that builds on that inspiration.
If Your Work Has Been Used Without Permission
We take copyright seriously. If you believe someone has uploaded your copyrighted work without
permission, we want to help. Please send us a DMCA takedown notice at:
Email: brouhaha@brazooka.com.br
Your notice should include:
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
- Identification of the copyrighted work that's been infringed
- Where we can find the infringing material on our platform
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use isn't authorized
- A statement that the information is accurate and you're authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Your signature (physical or electronic)
We'll review your notice promptly and take appropriate action in accordance with the Digital Millennium
Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.
If Your Content Was Removed
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you can submit a counter-notification. This should
include your contact information, identification of the removed content, and a statement that you believe
the removal was in error. Send it to the same email address above.
Repeat Infringers
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for repeat copyright infringement. Users who repeatedly upload
content without proper rights may have their accounts permanently terminated. We do this to protect
creators and maintain the integrity of our community.
Fair Use & Inspiration
We understand that art builds on art. Fair use and fair dealing provisions of copyright law allow
for certain uses of copyrighted material. However, please respect creators' rights and obtain proper
permissions when in doubt. When in doubt, create something original!
Let's Build Something Beautiful Together
At the end of the day, we're all here because we love art. Whether you're creating, sharing, or
discovering content, let's do it with respect for the creative process and the people behind the work.
When we support each other ethically, everyone wins.
Thank you for being part of a community that celebrates creativity and respects creators.
Let's make something amazing together.
