3. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Brouhaha.
By uploading content, you grant Brouhaha a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to
display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions
to upload and distribute the content you submit to Brouhaha.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim affiliation with any person or entity
- Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
5. Content Removal
Brouhaha reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms of Service,
infringes on intellectual property rights, or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion
and without prior notice.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
BROUHAHA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BROUHAHA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brouhaha, its officers, directors, employees,
and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the
Service or your violation of these Terms.
9. Modifications to Terms
Brouhaha reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of
any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes
acceptance of the updated Terms.

without regard to conflict of law principles.
